Advanced diagnostics and repair define this night shift technician position at Barrie Volkswagen, scheduled Sunday through Thursday overnight. Use your 310S license and G license in Barrie.
Dilawri Group is seeking a Licensed Automotive Technician with 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment. The position performs customer-pay repairs, dealership work, inspections, diagnostics, and vehicle preparation. It also involves communication with service advisors, accurate repair orders, and current automotive technology.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform repairs and maintenance following manufacturer guidelines
- Diagnose malfunctions using advanced diagnostic equipment
- Communicate repair recommendations with service advisors
- Complete vehicle inspections, road tests, and PDIs
- Prepare used vehicles for retail sale
- Valid 310S license and G license
- Three or more years of technician experience
- Strong technical and mechanical repair aptitude
- Knowledge of current automotive technology and advancements
- Effective communication and attention to detail
