• Assist licensed automotive technicians with diagnostic preparation, inspection support, maintenance, and repair support for Hyundai vehicles in a high‑volume dealership environment
• Support Hyundai manufacturer‑recommended maintenance services
• Prepare Hyundai vehicles for diagnostics, servicing, warranty‑related inspections, and repair work using dealership‑approved tools and equipment
• Assist with removal and replacement of automotive components under the supervision of licensed technicians following Hyundai service standards and repair procedures
• Support dealership technicians in identifying and reporting basic mechanical and electrical issues affecting Hyundai vehicle systems and performance
• Assist with servicing automotive systems, including brakes, suspension, steering components, tires, front‑end components, HVAC systems, fuel systems, ignition systems, and basic electrical systems under supervision
• Maintain service bays, tools, diagnostic equipment, repair areas and dealership equipment in accordance with dealership safety and operational standards
• Assist with documenting repair orders, completed maintenance services, and dealership service records using internal dealership management systems
• Follow all workplace safety procedures, Hyundai manufacturer guidelines, dealership protocols, and customer service standards within a fast‑paced automotive service environment and is required to wear steel‑toed safety boots

This position is performed under the supervision of licensed automotive technicians. The role does not require the employee to independently perform regulated trade activities or hold Ontario trade certification. This is a supervised support role performed under the direction of licensed automotive technicians.
