Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and inspire the sales representatives to consistently meet and exceed their targets.
- Implement proven sales strategies.
- Track KPIs and ensure activity targets are hit.
- Provide tools, training, and motivation for your team.
- Attend prospective customer meetings alongside your sales reps.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales talent.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to align sales operations with company goals and ensure predictable, consistent performance.
- Proven success in a sales management role (B2B preferred)
- Experience developing and executing sales strategies
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an asset
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Diploma or degree in business or related field is an asset
