Responsibilities- Implement proven sales strategies.
- Track KPIs and ensure activity targets are hit.
- Provide tools, training, and motivation for your team.
- Attend prospective customer meetings alongside your sales reps.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales talent.
- Proven success in a sales management role (B2B preferred).
- Experience developing and executing sales strategies.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team‑building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an asset.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Diploma or degree in business or related field is an asset.
This is a full‑time permanent position, with six‑figure annual earnings for consistently high performance. We offer lucrative commissions, bonuses, a group benefits plan, pension and vacation. Most of your time will be spent traveling to meet prospects and leads across the GTA. Company vehicles, a cell phone, and work‑related expenses are covered. You’ll receive training in proven sales techniques specific to our industry and all the tools and marketing materials necessary to succeed.
