Lead impactful capture efforts with Raytheon ELCAN in Midland, Ontario. As a Capture Manager, you’ll coordinate activities from RFQ receipt to submission while developing competitive strategies.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure seamless proposal development and strategy execution across all phases of capture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic plans with Business Development teams
• Maintain customer relationships throughout capture phases
• Lead cost modeling and analysis activities
• Guide teams to create customer-focused solutions
• Conduct Risk and Opportunity analyses for proposals
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Engineering or Business Management
• 5-10 years in program/project lifecycle roles
• Proven record in competitive bid productions
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Strong teamwork experience in complex environments
