Labourer, Construction, Construction Labor ​/ Trades

Overview

As a Construction Labourer for the Fencing and Noise Wall division, you are responsible for the execution of the daily work plan per the direction of the site supervisor.

• Maintaining a clean and safe worksite.
• Operating various power tools and equipment per job requirements.
• Following instructions from the site supervisor and assisting in completing various administrative duties as required.
• Complying with all company policies and procedures and participating in the health and safety program.

• $20-$30 per hour based on experience
• 40-50 hours per week

• Minimum 2-5 years experience completing fence work
• Must be reliable, honest, dedicated, hardworking, have attention to detail, be respectful of others and must represent our company in a positive manner
• Comply with company policies and safety procedures
• Knowledge of equipment such as excavators and skid steers
• Knowledge of excavation and aggregate preparation techniques
• Demonstrated experience with site layout and grade control
• Experience operating power tools and other equipment required for fence construction
• Must be able to communicate well and be a team player
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation to and from work
