Position: Concrete Foreman for High-Quality Projects
Location: Dundalk

Lead concrete projects as a skilled Concrete Foreman. Ensure exceptional quality and safety standards while managing daily field operations efficiently.

This role includes supervising concrete crews and planning all work-related activities from formwork to execution. You will interpret technical drawings, coordinate with other trades, and uphold high safety standards to complete projects on time. Proven supervisory experience is critical to this role's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and supervise concrete field crews

• Plan and execute concrete placement operations

• Interpret and manage construction documents

• Enforce safety measures and quality assurance

• Manage productivity and materials usage on site

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in concrete construction

• Prefer experience as a Lead Hand or Foreman

• Strong understanding of forming and finishing

• Layout skills and ability to verify elevations

• Heavy civil experience is an asset
