Divco is currently seeking a Senior site superintendent for a full scale new construction development in Wasaga Beach, Ontario.

In the role of Site superintendent, you will be responsible for planning and direction of construction activities.

• Lead daily site operations, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with plans and specifications
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and internal crews to maintain productivity and schedule adherence
• Provide hands‑on leadership and direction to field teams, ensuring accountability and performance

• Assist in developing and executing short‑term schedules
• Coordinate closely with the Project Manager to align field execution with overall project plan
• Proactively identify and resolve conflicts, delays, and site constraints

• Must have experience in large-format, one‑story commercial construction projects
• Completion of a Degree or Diploma in Construction related program
• Minimum 10 years of on‑site experience in construction related field
• Strong technical knowledge of construction practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Blueprint reading
• Computer skills (i.e. Microsoft products)
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting

Located on site, personal protective equipment (i.e. hard hat, safety boots) required at all times.
