Position: Experienced Concrete Foreman Role
Location: Bradford West Gwillimbury

Maple Reinders is hiring an Experienced Concrete Foreman to manage field crews in Bradford and Wasaga Beach. Elevate the quality of concrete operations through leadership and expertise.

This role calls for a Concrete Foreman with a minimum of five years' experience in concrete construction. You will oversee teams, coordinate daily operations, and ensure the adherence to safety standards on-site. Experience in heavy civil work and a strong grasp of concrete processes are highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise concrete crews daily

• Plan and coordinate the concrete placement process

• Accurately interpret drawings and specifications

• Enforce safety policies and lead safety meetings

• Oversee productivity and quality of workmanship

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years concrete construction experience

• Previous Lead Hand or Foreman experience preferred

• In-depth knowledge of concrete forming and finishing

• Ability to perform layout and verify tolerances

• Experience with heavy civil projects is advantageous
