Lead Concrete Crew Supervisor

Location: Wasaga Beach

Supervise concrete crews in an active construction environment. Ensure high-quality execution and safety across all project phases while meeting productivity targets.

As a Lead Concrete Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing daily field operations and leading your team effectively. Your experience will guide the planning and execution of concrete work, while ensuring compliance with safety standards. You'll work collaboratively with other trades and project management to meet deadlines and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide concrete construction crews daily

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of concrete work

• Read and interpret project specifications accurately

• Ensure quality standards and safety policies are upheld

• Track productivity and manage resources effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in concrete construction

• Prior experience in a foreman capacity preferred

• Strong understanding of concrete forming and finishing

• Capable of verifying elevations and maintaining tolerances

• Experience in heavy civil projects is advantageous
