Pavage Des Cantons is hiring an Asphalt Raker for diverse construction projects in urban and rural settings. This seasonal full-time role focuses on physical work and team collaboration.

As an Asphalt Raker, you will be responsible for leveling earth and paving asphalt across a variety of sites. Applicants must enjoy hands-on work as the position involves operating compactors and handling heavy loads. Expect to work long hours, often including overtime, to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Level earth for accurate grading and paving

• Rake asphalt smoothly to create uniform surfaces

• Utilize hand tools and compactors as directed

• Adhere to safety and quality standards throughout projects

• Support team goals and work efficiently with peers

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and personal transport

• Criminal and driving record checks necessary

• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks

• Experience in construction is preferred

• Must be authorized to work in Canada
