Join Maple Reinders as a Concrete Foreman leading operations in Bradford and Wasaga Beach. Your expertise will ensure the success of our concrete projects while maintaining high safety standards.

As an experienced Concrete Foreman, you will manage daily field operations and lead dedicated concrete crews. With at least five years in the concrete construction field, you'll coordinate work processes, interpret technical drawings, and ensure compliance with quality specifications. This role is physically demanding and may require travel to various project locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of concrete crews

• Coordinate formwork and concrete placement tasks

• Read and interpret shop drawings accurately

• Ensure safety policies are enforced across teams

• Monitor work quality and productivity on-site

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in concrete construction

• Lead Hand or Foreman experience is desirable

• Strong skills in concrete forming and finishing

• Ability to maintain tolerances and verify elevations

• Heavy civil construction experience is an asset
