Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and safety standards are met

• Attend pre-construction meetings and status updates at sites

• Collaborate with sales teams to define scopes and support estimations

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation

• Source and coordinate subcontractors and vendors

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years supporting construction projects

• Education in Construction Management or similar field

• Strong understanding of project budgets and cost tracking

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Project

• Willingness to travel as required
