Key Responsibilities:

• Operate shuttle buggy for continuous asphalt flow

• Conduct daily inspections and maintenance tasks

• Communicate effectively with dumpman and the Paver Operator

• Support consistent paving speed and quality

• Adapt to site conditions while paving

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in paving crew experience

• Ability to lift 50lbs

• Preferred experience in construction environments

• Mechanical inclination required

• Must hold IUOE 793 membership
