Maple Reinders is hiring an Assistant Superintendent for the KSM Press Pit Project in Shelburne, Ontario. Support site management and coordinate crucial construction activities.
In this position, you will assist the Superintendent in overseeing all project phases, ensuring effective communication and coordination with subcontractors.
Your role includes developing work plans to keep projects within budget and on schedule, assisting in managing trade teams, and directing construction efforts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the oversight of subcontractor performance
• Communicate with trades to clarify contract details
• Help develop project work plans and timelines
• Provide direction to various construction teams
Requirements:
• Experience in ICI buildings or civil construction projects
• Relevant post-secondary education or CET equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office and related software
• Ability to travel to various Ontario sites
