In this vital role, you will oversee multiple trades while developing quality policies and leading superintendents. Your strategic management will support all aspects of powerline construction, with an emphasis on delivering results, safety, and client satisfaction. You will interact with stakeholders and lead complex project schedules, ensuring proper resources are in place for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Equip superintendents with required project resources
• Promote safety and lead safety meetings
• Develop complex project schedules and manage resources
• Assist estimating teams with project execution plans
• Guide project staff and managers across multiple teams
Requirements:
• 15+ years in powerline construction management
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of construction practices and contracts
• Proven ability to analyze complex issues and develop solutions
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
