Position: Construction Cost Estimator Role

Become a key player as a Construction Cost Estimator. This role demands strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple estimates in a fast-paced environment.

In this permanent position, you will be responsible for generating accurate estimates of labor and material costs. You'll analyze tender submissions, prepare reports, and monitor expenditures throughout project phases. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience and be detail-oriented to ensure all project parameters are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit pre-qualification submissions

• Project cash flow and financing requirements

• Analyze and recommend tender awards

• Maintain a directory of supplies and contractors

• Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems

Requirements:

• High school graduation or equivalent experience

• 2 to 3 years experience in relevant estimating roles

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines

• Flexibility in work scheduling
