The Construction Project Manager position directly manages various construction projects, coordinating a dedicated team of Civil Technologists. You will oversee every project phase from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to safety standards and timelines. This role blends office responsibilities with regular site visits, emphasizing technical acumen and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all project phases from planning to closeout documentation
• Review technical specifications and identify project discrepancies
• Lead and mentor a team of Civil Technologists
• Coordinate schedules and staffing across construction teams
• Act as primary contact for clients and project stakeholders
Requirements:
• College Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years in construction project management
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Valid Ontario Driver's License with travel capability
