Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the delivery of modular construction projects
• Participate in site meetings and progress assessments
• Collaborate on scopes and estimating with internal teams
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years supporting mid-sized construction projects
• Relevant educational qualifications in construction fields
• Strong project budgeting and planning understanding
• Flexibility to travel as needed for projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project
