Position: Albarrie Construction Project Management Role
Lead impactful construction projects at Albarrie Canada Limited in Barrie, Ontario. This full-time role demands a blend of technical expertise and management skills, with travel across North America.

As the Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the execution of projects, ensuring compliance with budgetary and safety standards. Collaborating closely with Civil Technologists and project stakeholders, your leadership will drive project success from inception to completion. This position includes strategic planning and site management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project management from tender reviews to closeout

• Review technical specifications and manage discrepancies

• Supervise and mentor Civil Technologists in their roles

• Coordinate staffing and subcontractor schedules

• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field

• At least 5 years in construction management roles

• Familiarity with the Construction Act and CCDC contracts

• Proficient in project management software

• Valid Ontario Driver's License and willingness to travel
