Construction Rubber Tire Roller Operator

Amrize is looking for a Construction Rubber Tire Roller Operator to support vital road construction efforts in Saskatoon. Utilize your expertise to ensure smooth, safe, and compliant road surfaces.

In this critical role, you'll operate rubber tire rollers, compacting asphalt and gravel on construction sites. Your focus on proper compaction levels and safety will be vital for project success. Collaboration with the project team will help ensure smooth and compliant road surfaces are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate rubber tire rollers for asphalt and soil compaction

• Follow specifications for achieving correct compaction levels

• Conduct pre and post-operation equipment checks

• Engage with the project team to ensure safe operations

• Adjust techniques based on monitoring compaction results

Requirements:

• At least 2 years' experience operating heavy machinery

• Certification in heavy machinery operation is preferred

• Valid driver’s license essential

• Proficiency in construction safety standards

• Ability to travel frequently between job sites
