Transform outdoor spaces as a Site Supervisor for diverse construction projects in the Greater Toronto Area. Oversee operations, ensure safety, and promote teamwork throughout project execution.
Our client specializes in site development and is searching for a full-time Site Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations and leading your team toward successful project completion. Your knowledge in civil construction will be key to maintaining schedules, budgets, and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily field operations and crew productivity
• Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Resolve site issues and keep projects on timeline
• Communicate with stakeholders and project managers
Requirements:
• Strong understanding of site development and construction
• Experience supervising crews and trades on site
• Proficiency in budget monitoring and scheduling
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
• Relevant post-secondary education preferred
