As a Concrete Lead Hand, you will work with the Foreman or Superintendent to achieve high-quality project delivery. With a strong foundation in concrete construction techniques, you will oversee crew performance and ensure all activities meet outlined drawings and specifications. Your input will be vital in maintaining project timelines and coordinating construction logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily concrete crew tasks

• Communicate priorities and production plans

• Assist with formwork and concrete placements

• Verify elevations and dimensions for accuracy

• Lead safety practices on-site

Requirements:

• Minimum three years’ experience in construction

• Solid experience in concrete formwork and finishing

• Ability to read and follow construction plans

• Familiar with wall and slab formwork systems

• Previous leadership experience preferred
