Albarrie Industrial Construction Manager

In this pivotal role, you will supervise all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Your expertise in project planning, material procurement, and client communication will be critical for success. Collaborating closely with Civil Technologists and other internal departments, you'll drive project execution while upholding safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project phases from tender review to execution

• Review technical specifications to mitigate risks

• Lead and mentor Civil Technologists for project success

• Coordinate project schedules and subcontractor activities

• Resolve operational and contractual issues promptly

Requirements:

• College diploma in Civil Engineering or similar

• At least 5 years of construction project management experience

• Proficient with construction documentation and project management tools

• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software is a plus

• Must be able to travel across North America
