Our client, a well-established firm in the heavy civil and site development sector, is seeking an experienced Project Manager
- Estimator to join their dynamic team.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to manage and estimate commercial demolition projects, combining your technical skills and management expertise.

• Accurately bid jobs based on project scopes.
• Interpret and analyze blueprints to guide project planning.
• Manage demolition projects ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Strong background in commercial demolition, with proven management experience.
• Expertise in blueprint reading.
• Skilled in project estimation and management.
• Ability to bid jobs confidently and accurately.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Familiarity with estimating software is a definite plus.

Will start as pay per project with potential to be brought on full time after first 2-3 projects.
