As a Building Consultant or Cost Consultant, you will assess onsite restoration measures and develop comprehensive scopes for necessary repairs. Key responsibilities also include monitoring project activities, preparing budgets, and ensuring compliance with Building Codes. Your expertise will guide the preparation of competitive tender packages for project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Building or Cost Consultant on projects

• Ensure excellent communication with clients and stakeholders

• Assess and develop scopes of restoration measures

• Monitor activities and prepare budget estimates

• Oversee the development of competitive tender packages

Requirements:

• Experience in restoration, insurance, or construction management

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in related fields

• Relevant certifications such as CIP or PMP preferred

• Willingness to travel within Western Canada

• Strong task delegation and team leadership skills
