Construction Project Manager GIP

This position requires a seasoned Project Manager to oversee diverse construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and adhere to design specifications. With a focus on the heavy civil, road, and bridge sectors, you will lead teams, negotiate contracts, and implement safety measures on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and execution of construction projects

• Manage resources and schedules across multiple sites

• Monitor and control performance metrics for projects

• Negotiate subcontractor agreements and oversee compliance

• Conduct site visits to uphold safety standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field

• 5-10 years in construction, especially heavy civil

• Understanding of Ontario Provincial Standard Specifications

• Strong communication and leadership abilities

• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
