Position: Project Coordinator for Civil Construction
Location: Bradford West Gwillimbury

Join Maple Reinders Constructors as a Project Coordinator in Bradford, Ontario on a large civil water and wastewater project. Support project management with documentation, estimating, and scheduling.

In this role, you will assist Project Managers to ensure the successful delivery of heavy civil and industrial projects. Your tasks will include budget preparation, correspondence with stakeholders, and maintaining project administration files. You'll also build relationships with clients and suppliers and focus on site safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in heavy civil and industrial projects

• Prepare budgets and construction schedules

• Maintain project documentation and administration files

• Communicate with Owners, Architects, and Engineers

• Attend site meetings to assist with project deficiencies

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in construction coordination

• University Degree or Technology Diploma in Civil Engineering

• Experience in water/wastewater projects is an asset

• Strong focus on quality and site safety

• Drive to advance to Project Manager role
