Experienced Project Manager for Water Projects

Location: Bradford West Gwillimbury

Drive impactful water and wastewater projects at Maple Reinders Constructors in Ontario. As an Intermediate to Senior Project Manager, influence project delivery and collaboration in Bradford daily.

In this site-based role, you will lead exciting projects in the Civil construction division, specifically targeting water and wastewater initiatives. Ideal candidates will bring 5+ years of project management experience within construction and a relevant degree or diploma. Work closely with your team to meet project goals while mentoring junior professionals for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Water and Wastewater projects valued from $20M to $50M

• Develop relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders

• Oversee project quality, budget, and schedule adherence

• Mentor junior Project Managers and guide their professional development

• Ensure compliance with Maple Reinders' operational procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience

• University Degree or Technology Diploma in Civil Engineering

• Willingness to travel to construction sites

• Effective leadership and communication skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple project facets safely
