Project Manager for VFX at ServiceMaster

Join Service Master Restore of Muskoka and Parry Sound as a Project Manager specializing in VFX. Oversee project management from initial inspection to final restoration on-site in Bracebridge, ON.

As the Project Manager, you will report to the Operations Manager and manage every phase of restoration projects. You’ll conduct initial loss inspections, prepare detailed scopes, and execute timely repairs.

Your role is instrumental in ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements and maintaining project integrity throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend sites immediately for damage inspection and documentation

• Prepare budgets and obtain necessary sub-trade quotes

• Ensure timely communication with clients and service providers

• Coordinate daily project activities with construction trades

• Monitor costs and provide progress reports to clients

Requirements:

• Experience in project management and restoration

• Strong communication and organization skills

• Ability to work effectively with sub-trades

• Knowledge of construction codes and regulations

• Full-time availability, on-site in Bracebridge
