Senior Superintendent - Power Utility Projects

Lead day-to-day field operations as a Senior Superintendent for power utility construction projects in Ontario. Utilize your expertise to anticipate and address client concerns while ensuring project quality and safety.

In this senior role with Ledcor, you will oversee construction projects, ensuring compliance with plans and quality standards. You’ll develop project-specific safety programs, manage schedules, and mentor staff to enhance team performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure project compliance with plans, specifications, and codes

• Lead development of Project Quality Plan and Safety Program

• Update and review construction schedules for timely completion

• Estimate activity durations and materials for complex projects

• Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams

Requirements:

• 15 years of powerline construction experience

• 5+ years as a superintendent

• Post-secondary education in Construction or Engineering

• Strong understanding of construction practices and documentation

• Excellent communication and team-building skills
