As a key team leader at GIP, you will be accountable for the successful delivery of construction projects in heavy civil, road, and bridge sectors. This role involves optimizing resources, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and ensuring all safety and quality standards are met. You will mentor project teams and navigate project risks efficiently while driving profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute construction project planning and closeout
• Manage several project sites and their concurrent activities
• Assess performance metrics to drive project success
• Interface with subcontractors and stakeholders
• Champion safety and quality throughout projects
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 5-10 years of relevant construction experience
• Expert understanding of construction methods and codes
• Proven ability in project management and revenue generation
• Collaborative leadership style with strong organizational skills
