Independent Demolition Contractor – Barrie, ON
Looking for reliable Independent Demolition Contractors to support apartment turnover and renovation projects in Barrie, Ontario.
Scope of Work- Interior demolition of residential units
- Removal of flooring, cabinets, fixtures, and non-structural walls
- Site clean-up and debris removal
- Must operate as an Independent Contractor
- Registered business with GST/HST number
- Minimum $2M Commercial General Liability Insurance
- Valid WSIB Clearance Certificate
- Own vehicle, tools, and PPE
- Experience in residential demolition
- Consistent work opportunities
- Bi-weekly payment schedule
