Position: EHS Coordinator for Civil Projects
Become an EHS Coordinator for Aecon's Civil projects, championing safety and compliance at critical construction sites.

Your role is key to ensuring the health and safety of all personnel.

As part of Aecon’s Civil team, you will report to the Director of Health and Safety. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with laws, conducting thorough site inspections, and handling accident investigations. Your analytical skills will help in generating reports and insights that drive the organization’s health and safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all operations meet safety compliance standards

• Perform daily safety inspections on-site

• Manage incident reports and emergency notifications

• Implement recommendations following safety audits

• Report monthly safety statistics and trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant health and safety field

• Health and Safety Coordination certification preferred

• Experience in construction safety roles

• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in digital tools

• Possess a valid driver’s license and travel capability
