In-depth knowledge of construction methods and building codes is essential for effective planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate estimates and budgets for renovation projects

• Review architectural drawings and project documents

• Conduct site visits to gather project specifics

• Prepare detailed bid proposals and contracts

• Collaborate effectively with project stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of construction-estimating experience

• Strong understanding of building codes and materials

• Ability to interpret architectural drawings

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
