Key Responsibilities:
• Drive health and safety compliance across job sites
• Spearhead incident investigations and analyze risk factors
• Perform regular inspections to ensure safety standards
• Gather and interpret health and safety data for enhancements
• Mentor teams in health and safety best practices
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of health and safety experience in construction
• Educational background in Occupational Health & Safety
• Familiarity with COR and health safety software
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to track and monitor H&S standards effectively
