What You Bring
– Full fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
– A minimum of 2 years of banking experience in a call centre setting
– Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
– Proficiency with collections software and general computer applications
Work Schedule
– The call centre operates:
Monday to Friday: 9am-9pm and Saturday: 10am-7pm
– You’ll work rotating shifts, five days per week, as part of a dedicated, collaborative team.
Pay Rate
– $23/hr
What You’ll Be Doing
– Contacting customers via phone, email, and written correspondence to follow up on outstanding balances
– Communicating confidently in both French and English with customers and internal teams
– Negotiating payment arrangements in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards
– Updating customer records with accurate and detailed account notes
