We have an upcoming bilingual (French/English) Collections Agent hybrid role based in Barrie.

Positions are also available in London.

• Connect with customers by phone, email, and written correspondence to discuss and resolve outstanding balances
• Use your French and English language skills daily when speaking with customers and working with internal teams
• Work with customers to set up realistic and compliant payment arrangements
• Keep account details up to date by accurately documenting interactions and actions taken

• Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written)
• At least 2 years of banking industry experience
• Collections or Accounts Receivable experience is a must
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-first mindset
• Comfort using collections tools, systems, and standard computer applications
