Start Rate: $17.60; 1 Year Rate: $18.65

• Greets patrons and employs exceptional customer service skills.
• Provides direction and checks ticket validity using handheld palm pilot.
• Seats patrons in an efficient and orderly manner.
• Responds to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Ensures adherence to departmental and company policies and procedures, including the ability to work closely with Security.
• In the event of an emergency, assists patrons in a safe and organized manner.
• Participates in crowd control duties as needed.
• Position can be physically demanding and includes climbing stairs, standing for an entire shift and moving items up to 25 lbs. in weight.

• Previous ticket usher or similar experience considered an asset.
• Previous experience in an entertainment capacity preferred (i.e. theatre, concert venues, etc.).
• Able to deal with customer concerns in a courteous and timely manner.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible to work all shifts as required.
• Ability to handle high volume and a fast-paced environment.
