As part of the Personal and Business Banking Team, you’ll assist clients with their accounts, transactions, and connect them with specialized team members. Your responsibilities include problem-solving effectively, enhancing client experiences, and staying flexible to work varying shift hours, including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in managing their accounts and banking products
• Enhance client interactions and provide meaningful support
• Connect clients to the appropriate CIBC team members
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications
• Take accountability for resolving client issues collaboratively
Requirements:
• Strong customer service orientation with financial knowledge
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends
• Proficiency in digital banking and financial processing
• Team-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction
• Communication skills to understand client needs
