• Create correspondence and marketing materials as needed

• Manage all telephone and email communications effectively

• Conduct daily inspections and report on discrepancies

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of client-facing customer service experience

• Knowledge of tourism or hospitality sectors is an asset

• Reliable transportation is required
