Position: CNIB Customer Service Support Clerk
Enhance your customer service skills with CNIB as a Customer Service Support Clerk. Engage with clients and assist them in navigating Smart Life technology with expert guidance.

This role focuses on supporting customer interactions at Smart Life Centres, including the processing of payments and managing consultations. Your ability to communicate effectively will help clients understand and utilize various assistive technologies, improving their overall experience and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors at the service center

• Handle consumer inquiries and consultation scheduling

• Process payments through the CNIB POS system

• Conduct technology demonstrations for clients

• Order and manage inventory for customer needs

Requirements:

• Background in customer service preferred

• Computer skills including Microsoft Office required

• Familiarity with assistive technologies is a plus

• Self-driven with excellent organizational skills

• Students in related studies encouraged to apply
