Join Gateway as a part-time Ticket Usher and provide exceptional customer service to patrons in our entertainment complex. Seat guests, assist inquiries, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

This role is essential for maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at Casino Rama Resort. As a Ticket Usher, you'll greet patrons, ensure ticket validity using handheld devices, and efficiently seat guests. You'll also respond to customer concerns and adhere to departmental policies while assisting Security when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patrons with exceptional customer service

• Check ticket validity with handheld devices

• Seat guests efficiently and orderly

• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly

• Assist in emergency situations following safety protocols

Requirements:

• Previous ushering or entertainment experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Flexibility to work various shifts

• Ability to manage high-volume environments

• Capable of handling physical tasks including lifting
