Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent travel support to clients both Members and non-Members

• Maintain organized and up-to-date client files

• Follow up with clients on travel preparations

• Assist in handling travel inquiries and arrangements

• Understand client preferences for tailored travel solutions

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service and sales for 2-3 years

• Willingness to complete TICO certification if not already acquired

• Exceptional writing and speaking communication skills

• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple clients

• Experience with Apollo system is advantageous
