Join the Gateway team as a Guest Relations Specialist, combining your customer service expertise with a passion for hospitality in this part-time role.
At Gateway Casinos & Entertainment, you will create memorable experiences for guests by greeting them and managing inquiries effectively.
Your role includes providing information on promotions and enrolling guests in the rewards program, ensuring a thorough understanding of what we offer. If you're an organized, perceptive communicator who thrives under pressure, this could be your ideal position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet and greet guests with exceptional service
• Assist guests by answering questions and resolving issues
• Provide details on events and promotions
• Support the implementation of entertainment initiatives
Requirements:
• One year minimum experience in customer service
• Proven ability to communicate effectively
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Familiarity with computer programs and basic math
• Positive, patient demeanor with all guests
