Be the voice of support as a Member Services Expert at Meridian in Barrie, Ontario. Engage with Members, ensuring their financial concerns are met with empathy and tailored solutions.
In your role as a Member Services Expert at Meridian, you will actively manage Member relations by offering insightful, empathetic service. The position requires collaboration across branches and implementing innovative financial strategies that ensure a comprehensive approach to Member engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exemplary support to our Members daily
• Promote insights for continuous Member Experience improvement
• Resolve Member concerns effectively and efficiently
• Maintain confidentiality and respect Member privacy
• Support community engagement and branch initiatives
Requirements:
• Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to utilize technology for impactful communication
• Flexibility to work various hours as needed
• A dedication to inclusive and integrity-driven service
