Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Part‑Time Receptionist to support a busy automotive sales and service environment every Saturday.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing a welcoming first impression, and keeping front desk operations running smoothly.
The Part‑Time Receptionist will be the first point of contact for walk‑in customers and callers, supporting a friendly and fast‑paced team environment.
This role offers a consistent weekly schedule, training, and the chance to build valuable receptionist, customer service, and administrative experience within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome walk‑in customers in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls using a busy multi‑line phone system.
- Manage customer flow and communicate effectively with the sales team.
- Respond to general customer inquiries and provide accurate information when possible.
- Enter and update customer information using dealership software and CRM systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area throughout the shift.
- Pay rate: $20 per hour.

Every Saturday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM. - Lunch: 1‑hour unpaid lunch.
