Player Services Coordinator (Part‑Time) The Gateway to Your Future

If you enjoy interacting with guests and love delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you. As a Part‑Time Player Services Coordinator
, you play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences—whether assisting with inquiries, coordinating reservations, or issuing complimentary vouchers to our restaurants. You’ll work alongside a supportive and reliable team committed to exceeding guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote outstanding guest relations through friendly, effective communication.
  • Handle all inbound and outbound calls for the Player Services Call Centre.
  • Manage booking procedures for concerts, hotel stays, and premium events.
  • Open and maintain player accounts, update player profiles, and issue My Club Rewards cards while educating guests on program benefits.
  • Review player ratings to determine complimentary eligibility.
  • Maintain inventory control of promotional materials.
  • Address customer concerns or complaints and provide immediate solutions.
  • Foster excellent employee relations and support a positive team environment.
  • Greet bus groups and deliver presentations to tour and travel guests as needed.
  • Support box office operations for ticket sales and complimentary redemptions.
What You Bring
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Access, and Excel).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts
    , including overnights or swing shifts, as required in a part‑time schedule.
