In this role, you’ll engage directly with clients to assist them with their insurance inquiries and needs. You’ll develop strong relationships while promoting relevant products and helping customers understand their policies. Your proactive approach will help you excel in a supportive and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with insurance product inquiries and solutions

• Ensure high-quality service through inbound and outbound calls

• Proactively address and resolve customer concerns

• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery

• Identify and pursue opportunities for new business leads

Requirements:

• Sales experience preferred, either inside or outside

• Successful record of achieving sales goals

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Problem-solving mindset with a customer service focus

• Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license
