Become a key player in community recreation as a Client Services Representative. Provide engaging front-line service and support recreational programs part-time in an onsite role.

This position involves direct interaction with visitors at the Recreation Centres. You will address inquiries, provide information, and ensure positive visitor experiences while working under the supervision of the Recreation Services team.

Your role is crucial in enhancing community engagement through recreational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first contact for all visitors

• Address questions and direct inquiries effectively

• Ensure maintenance of recreational facilities for users

• Support coordination with external community service groups

• Report to the Supervisor of Recreation Client Services

Requirements:

• High school diploma is necessary

• A minimum of two years in customer service or related experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential

• Certifications in First Aid and CPR are mandatory
